We read public New York janitorial notices and email which ones are worth a walkthrough. Fridays you get a list of open work. There is no login.

NY Bid Desk sells bid research to independent commercial cleaning shops in New York. Sources are SAM.gov, NYS Contract Reporter, NYC City Record, and agency tables. Each note says bid or skip, with a reason. We do not clean buildings, write proposals, submit bids, or give legal advice. Delivery is by email. Customers are US businesses.

What you get

• An email when there is a bid in your radius, a stretch, or something due in five days
• On a bid row: due date, where the packet is, what is still unknown, and hours to quote
• A Friday list of open work, due-soon items, and the watch list
• A one-line skip when the notice is the wrong county, a dead due date, or supplies

Who this is for

Independent commercial cleaning shops in New York that can staff a local job. If you need a proposal written or submitted, this desk will not do that work.

Refunds and cancellation

• $49/month: cancel anytime. No refund of the current month after that period’s brief has been sent. Future months are not billed after you cancel.
• $29 audit: refund if we cannot deliver a PDF within 5 business days of payment. After delivery, no refund. It is a one-time research file.
• Charges on your card statement show as NYBIDDESK.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, shop location or radius, and payment details (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers). We use that to send the brief and to charge for the audit or subscription. We do not sell contact lists. Bid listings come from public government websites.
